Let me Introduce you to a new era.
To something new.
To Genisis …..

Genisis is a tournament designed for beginnings, young or old. This tournament invites all of you to come and play, to win to lose, to participate in this great event.
We will be offering all the major systems in appropriate formats. (please see each games individual forum sectiion for more details) There will be something different for everyone with scenarios designed to even out play and to increase to fun level for all participants.
So go read up. Right your list, sharpen your weapons ready your best soldiers …. the time has come.

Registration:

Systems

• Warhammer 40,000 - 750 pts
• Warhammer Fantasy - 1000pts
• Lord of the Rings - 400pts
• Warmachine/Hordes - 500pts

Times:

Saturday 14th March 2009

Registration on the day will start at 8am, with the first games starting at 9 for 40k.Fantasy and 9.15 for LotR/Wm/H.
Each system will have 5 games played.
Comp will be marked by organisers.
Painting: 3 colours recommended

Finish 7:00pm

Cost

$45.00 Entry (includes Lunch and other goodies)
Choclates and drinks will avaiable on the day for resonable prices.

Not sure if your a beginner and qualify for this event, check if you fulfill the following:
- Introductory knowledge of your system and the tournament system
- Have not played in more than 5 tournaments over all systems under the current editions
- Not familiar or inexperienced with the hobby
- Have not finished in the top 25% at a tournament
- If you’re still not sure, you’re probably not a beginner

*Note: Hobby staff at Games Workshop do not count as beginners.
